eMic Rec and upload function allows you to quickly produce so-called eMic-messages, store them on the eMic4all server and insert a link to them into your current window. Below is a typical eMic-message screen.

eMic-messages can be quite different from each other since most of their layout elements are optional or can be customized by you. Below is the list of such elements:

1. Title - optional field. If required, each message can be assigned a title, which normally appears at the top of the message (the actual location of the title depends on the chosen visual style). By default the eMic-messages are created without any title. Note: you can change the color of the title in the message edit form.
2. Sender name. By default the name of the sender is shown here (first and last name fields of the profile). The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style. It is possible to remove this field from the eMic-message. To do that, unselect the checkbox Show from in player in the message edit form. Note: you can change the color of this text there too.
3. Creation date. By default the exact date and time when the message was created is shown here. The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style. It is possible to remove this field from the eMic-message. To do that, unselect the checkbox Show created on in player in the message edit form. Note: you can change the color of this text there too.
4. Comments. By default comments of your profile are shown here (comments field of the profile). The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style. If this field is left empty, it will not be shown in the eMic-message. Note: you can change the color of the Comments in the message edit form.
5. Image. By default the image of your profile is shown here (image field of the profile). A special image can be coupled with each eMic-message as well in the message edit form. You can choose image from a collection of predefined images, or you can upload your own image to the server.
6. Background. By default the background of your profile is shown here (background field of the profile). A special background can be coupled with each eMic-message as well in the message edit form. You can choose the background from a predefined collection, or you can upload your own background to the server. Note: choosing a special background overrides the visual style. This means that the background associated with the visual style will be replaced with this choice of yours.
7. Player. The player is a system object and cannot be customized by you. The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style.
8. Download button. The download button allows recipient of the eMic-message to download it locally to his/her computer. It is also a system object and cannot be customized by you. The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style.
9. Advertisement. The eMic4all advertisement can be turned off if you own Advanced subscription or above. To get rid of this advertisement select checkbox Remove advertisement in your account Profile. The actual location of this field depends on the chosen visual style.

Visual style: a predefined combination of background, fonts, letter sizes, colors and some other design elements.

Message edit form: this form is accessible immediately after eMic-message is created on your computer. You can also access it from your Profile.
